Never share your key
Ahead support will never ask for your private key, your PIN or a code sent to your email. Anyone who asks for them is not Ahead.
Delete your account
Email support@tradewithahead.com from the address on your account. Export your private key or withdraw your funds first: once the account is gone, Ahead cannot recover the wallet for you.
